Greer, John Michael. Earth Divination, Earth Magic (Llewellyn, 1999), a manual of geomantic divination. It's been revised, reworked, and much improved, and has just been released by Renaissance Astrology as part of their collection of works on traditional astrology and related systems under the title The Geomancy Handbook
Chris Warnock, who runs Renaissance Astrology, has some other good resources for the aspiring geomancer, including a full-feature geomancy program for those who like to have a computer cast their charts.
