Faculty salaries at Avalon Center are currently tied to enrollment. The college is not obliged (or able) to pay instructors whose courses do not draw students. The college will, however, exert every effort to enroll students in its programs and will remain committed to providing instructors with fair compensation for their work. Instructors at Avalon Center are encouraged to promote their own courses and the school in general whenever possible.
Following is a chart of academic ranks and the percentages of tuition paid to the teachers in each case. In the right column is an example of what each rank would be paid for each 5-unit course module enrolling ten students.
